MCEP is designed to help improve upon the capacity of the media practitioners in Ghana
T
he programme is expected to provide continuous in-service training for media personnel drawn from across the country. The training is projected to be held twice a year for a period of two weeks for each session.
Expected Outcomes

Provide continuous on the job training at regular intervals for the over 900 members of GJA and other media practitioners to improve their skills;

Support training targeted at content creation for media practitioners;

Provide a regular platform to support media-introspection on subject related to media management, corporate governance, and media business models

Encourage ethical journalism

Support media practitioners to undertake specialized training in chosen fields.
